Requirements
- Charge Entry
- EPIC experience
- Registration and Coding knowledge
- Must have in depth knowledge of third party policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify methodologies to improve all aspects of revenue cycle operations, with specific attention to coding, charge capture and process improvement.
- Participates in work groups on projects associated with revenue enhancement efforts.
- Keep abreast of regulations and policies for all reimbursement sources.
- Provide problem resolution and analysis reports as required.
- Oversee and monitor the charge entry process for offsite programs; to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recording of all billable services
- Conduct Weekly charge reconciliation audits
- Other duties as needed to support the team/department
