Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for entry level Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our Revenue Cycle Team to be trained on revenue cycle AR follow-up and billing workflows to support the continuous growth of the company service lines. Requirements

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• Willing to learn revenue cycle AR follow-up and billing workflows
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Team player
• Independent thinker and problem-solver
• Commitment to core values of Team, Integrity, Growth, and Innovation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with healthcare front or back office is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle processes end-to-end
• Identify and resolve issue impacting revenue
• Collaborate across clinical and financial areas
• Analyze metrics and reports to enhance performance
• Ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices
• Assist in other duties as assigned
