This position involves processing and tracking high-volume NSA workstream email inflow and dispute updates with accuracy and efficiency. The specialist will interpret complex arbitrator requests, provide clear responses and solutions, and apply NSA workstream knowledge to adapt to evolving payor and arbitrator behaviors. Key responsibilities include monitoring NSA principles, deadlines, claim status, eligibility, remits, and payor portal activity, while maintaining accurate high-volume data entry and supporting additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Collaborative team player with adaptability and willingness to take on challenges
• 2+ years in customer service, healthcare, or remote work environments

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
