About The Position

Manage billing and follow-up with third-party payers and patients to resolve issues. Identify and analyze denials and payment variances, implementing corrective measures. Communicate effectively with payers to resolve errors and secure reimbursement. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

Requirements

Direct healthcare billing experience
High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting required
Knowledge of claims review, CPT coding, and medical terminology
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt to change with ease
Customer service mindset with interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and voicemail

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Hospital or physician A/R experience preferred
