You'll have opportunity to: Participate in end-to-end implementation activities. Develop an understanding of Experian Health's product suite and apply best‑practice workflows tailored to client environments. Facilitate requirements gathering, workflow mapping, configuration reviews, and user acceptance testing. Provide guidance on change management and process optimization to maximize solution adoption. Collect and analyze revenue cycle metrics to demonstrate the value and performance of deployed solutions Analyze client front-end revenue cycle processes (registration, scheduling, financial clearance, authorization, eligibility, and price estimation). Recommend workflow improvements and best practices that maximize the value of Experian Health solutions. Map existing processes and design optimized future-state workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare front-end revenue cycle (registration, scheduling, eligibility, authorization, and patient access)
  • 2+ years of project management experience. Knowledge of project management processes and documentation
  • Prior experience delivering end‑user training, client education sessions, or workflow-based training in a healthcare or technology setting.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry
  • Familiar with interface messages, HL7, X12 and API workflows
  • HFMA Certification (required within one year of employment)
  • Travel up to 25% for client engagements
