About The Position

The Revenue Cycle RPA Developer will utilize industry-leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying RPA solutions, managing aspects like credentials, queuing, logging, information storage, exception management, and scheduling. The developer will also focus on minimizing automation downtime through monitoring and maintenance, building new processes or enhancing existing ones, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and data security standards. Staying current with emerging technologies like APIs, Optical Character Recognition, and Machine Learning is also a crucial part of the role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in RPA tools and automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Proficiency with other programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of automation infrastructure, configuration, and workflow-based logic
  • Executing ETL functions between operational systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the proper technical approach and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in one or more RPA platform (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)
  • Healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology
  • Experience creating and using APIs
  • Using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Utilize industry-leading RPA platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy RPA solutions
  • Includes but is not limited to managing credentials, queuing, logging, information storage, exception management, and scheduling
  • Minimize automation downtime through monitoring and maintenance
  • Build new processes/objects or enhance existing ones
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, such as incorporating APIs, Optical Character Recognition, Machine Learning, etc.
