Job Objective: The Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Coordinator is a critical, high-visibility role designed for an analytically rigorous, operationally curious professional who is ready to apply process engineering principles to one of healthcare's most complex and consequential domains. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Cycle Management, this individual will serve as the connective tissue between frontline operations, IT infrastructure, and financial leadership – translating workflow gaps and data signals into structured improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes. This is a Full-Time position.
