About The Position

Analyzes and translates federal (CMS), New York State, and third-party payer regulatory and policy changes into actionable operational and system solutions that support revenue cycle performance. Serves as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and payer rules, evaluating financial, compliance, and workflow impacts across the organization. Leads the integration and optimization of revenue cycle workflows within Epic, ensuring accurate system configuration, reporting, and alignment with evolving requirements. Partners with contracting, finance, information services, and operational leaders to implement changes, mitigate risk, and drive compliant, efficient, and financially optimized processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, managed care, regulatory compliance, or payer policy analysis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CMS, New York State regulatory requirements, and third-party payer policies, including their impact on reimbursement, operations, and compliance.
