About The Position

This position is responsible for managing patient registrations in Acute Revenue Cycle Patient Access Departments. As the first point of contact for most Centra patients, this position provides key customer and financial services. This position provides services for pre-registration, registration, upfront collections/payment plans, medical necessity checking and financial counseling, referring those patients to appropriate sources for follow up as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in managing patient registrations.
• Ability to provide customer and financial services.
• Proficiency in pre-registration, registration, upfront collections/payment plans, medical necessity checking, and financial counseling.
• Skill in referring patients to appropriate resources.
