Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the revenue cycle team, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable functions.
- Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing and documentation issues.
- Provide training and support to revenue cycle staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns related to billing and insurance.
