About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Integrity Analyst in Port Townsend, Washington. The role supports accurate coding, compliant clinical documentation, and optimized revenue capture across the organization. The analyst serves as an expert in coding, denial prevention, root cause analysis, and efficient processes that prevent revenue leakage and mitigate compliance risks. The position collaborates with clinical teams, coding professionals, and revenue cycle leadership to maintain integrity and compliance throughout the revenue cycle.

This is a 1.0 FTE position scheduled for 40 hours per week on day shift, with no weekends. Work-from-home flexibility is available. The position remains open until filled. Candidates must complete applicable pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and, for certain positions, a drug test. The base salary range is described as reflecting market competitiveness and the role’s full compensation potential; individual offers depend on qualifications and experience, and compensation will usually fall between the range minimum and midpoint.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, reimbursement, coding, billing, charge capture, healthcare finance, or revenue integrity.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Critical Access Hospital reimbursement and revenue cycle operations.
• CPC, CCS, CRC, CHRI, CRCR, or another related certification.
