Revenue Cycle Insurance Payment Specialist
About The Position
Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Insurance Payment Specialist to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of insurance payment posting, particularly within the Denticon software. The company supports a network of over 200 dental practices across 15.5 states and Washington D.C. They are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of managing the payment posting process independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Requirements
- 3+ years of dental revenue cycle or insurance payment posting experience
- Strong Denticon experience preferred (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or OpenDental familiarity considered)
- Solid understanding of EOBs, EFTs, VCCs, and checks
- Ability to research and reconcile independently
- Strong organization and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Post insurance payments accurately in Denticon
- Manage EFTs, virtual credit cards, and checks
- Address offsets and insurance takebacks
- Clear unapplied balances
- Attach EOBs appropriately
- Perform daily reconciliation
- Keep backlog current
- Identify process improvements for efficiency
