About The Position

The position manages scheduling activities for multiple areas of Centra and is responsible for entering the patient's demographic information, ordering physician, procedural code and information, ICD-10 diagnosis code, insurance information and perform medical necessity verification. This position requires extreme accuracy in scheduling for optimal resource unit and facility utilization ensuring both patient and physician satisfaction. This position will work in close collaboration with the leadership of all service lines across Centra.

Requirements

Extreme accuracy in scheduling
Knowledge of patient demographic information entry
Knowledge of ordering physician information entry
Knowledge of procedural code and information entry
Knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis code entry
Knowledge of insurance information entry
Ability to perform medical necessity verification
