About The Position

MPOWERHealth is seeking motivated individuals to join their Revenue Cycle team as Revenue Cycle Associates (RCA). This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to join a fast-growing medical billing organization. The RCA will gain exposure in billing, collections, appeals, data entry, phone calls, inquiries, and other functions as assigned by the Revenue Cycle Supervisor and/or Manager. Comprehensive training is provided, making extensive healthcare experience unnecessary.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Accurately input patient information into various systems.
File, scan, fax, and process critical documents.
Communicate with patients, providers, and insurers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Monitor, direct, and process incoming faxes and voicemails.
Follow up on unpaid claims, post payments, and process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Verify insurance coverage to ensure patients have the necessary coverage.
Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries and concerns, delivering outstanding customer service.
