About The Position

Analyze and aggregate data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive statistical reports and revenue-focused information. Define the scope and format of management reports, ensuring revenue data integrity through regular reconciliation and accuracy reviews. Provide education to staff on interpreting reporting tools to drive data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization. Identify data trends and make actionable recommendations for quality improvement and the standardization of revenue cycle work processes. Conduct account reviews and participate in payor escalation meetings to resolve reimbursement issues and secure organizational revenue.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
2+ years of healthcare billing experience
2+ years of data analysis, Insurance experience, Billing background, Billing KPI reporting, Claim Account Reviews, Transplant and NICU billing background

Medical Billing or Coding license preferred
