The Revenue Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of audit procedures on all gaming and non-gaming revenue activities and processes in accordance with established policies and procedures; reviewing to ensure the accuracy of revenues that are recorded in gaming and non-gaming systems; ensuring variances and problems are properly investigated and reconciled; supervising the effective and efficient operations on assigned shift. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Assist with development and training of new Team Members and training of any procedure changes or updates. Review daily audits of gaming (Table Games, Slots, Cage and Kiosk) and non-gaming (Food & Beverage, Hotel, Retail and Ticketing) revenue and comps performed by Revenue Audit Clerks to verify compliance with Minimum Internal Controls (MICS). Assist, as needed, with daily gaming and non-gaming audits and reconciliation of revenues and variances. Prepare weekly schedule to ensure adequate coverage of all audits and responsibilities. Monitor Audit Clerks throughout their shift to ensure timely completion of all job duties. Work with other departments to reconcile variances, issues, and problems. Facilitate the flow of information by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with Revenue Audit team members. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all revenue reporting. Provide feedback on job performance to Revenue Audit Clerks. Create a work environment that promotes teamwork and recognition. Coordinate preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly gaming MICS requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results. Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities. Completes and maintains all records, documents, forms, reports, and other required paperwork applicable to Revenue Audit team personnel, processes, and transactions. Other duties as assigned.
