About The Position

Revenue Audit Supervisor – WarHorse Gaming SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The Revenue Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily audit processes for gaming and non-gaming revenue, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls. This role supports financial integrity by leading audit procedures, supervising team members, and partnering with leadership on regulatory and operational initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC Oversee daily revenue audit operations for gaming and non-gaming activities Ensure all audit checklists are completed accurately and in compliance with internal controls Review and verify daily revenue reporting for accuracy and completeness Prepare, audit, and distribute financial and operational reports in a timely manner Monitor department standards, workflows, and efficiencies to support operational success Supervise, train, and develop revenue audit team members Support hiring, coaching, and performance management within the department Partner with the Revenue Audit Manager and gaming regulators on audits and compliance matters Maintain and monitor gaming and accounting systems to ensure regulatory compliance Provide analysis and recommendations to leadership on audit findings and financial data Conduct special audits and projects as assigned Stay current on federal, state, and local gaming and financial regulations Participate in meetings and follow through on assigned action items Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience , including 2 years in a supervisory or senior role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize complex financial information
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments and with leadership
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License

Nice To Haves

  • Casino or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience with project planning and process improvement preferred
