The position demands maintaining confidentiality regarding proprietary information and activities, keeping the work area neat and organized, and professionally dealing with difficult situations and people. The role requires working in stressful situations, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple business demands. Repetitive work is expected, especially at the end of each month. Adherence to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 and TERO Policies, and HR Standard Operating Procedures is mandatory.
