About The Position

The Point Casino & Hotel is hiring a Revenue Audit Clerk to join its Finance team. The role supports accurate financial records and casino operations by reviewing revenue reports and transactions, preparing reports, tracking casino revenue, and maintaining soft count records. The position operates in a casino environment that may include noise and exposure to indoor smoking.

Requirements

• An associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Enjoy working with numbers and reviewing information.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
• Ability to obtain required gaming licenses from the Washington State Gambling Commission and Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Review daily revenue reports for accuracy.
• Verify cash receipts, sales tickets, bank records, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with casino revenue tracking.
• Review casino and non-casino revenue, including cage transactions.
• Help maintain accurate soft count records and reports.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in financial records.
• Review paperwork and cash payouts for compliance with gaming regulations.
• Work with the Finance team to keep financial operations accurate and organized.
