Requirements
- Must have the ability to obtain a Gaming License issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission
- General knowledge of bookkeeping terminology and methods
- General knowledge of standard office procedures, practices and equipment
- Knowledge of routine accounting principles
- Ability to maintain complex financial records and to prepare reports and statements
- Ability to make mathematical computations quickly and accurately
- Ability to post accounts with speed and accuracy
- Ability to operate efficiently a variety of office machines
- Must have good computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables

- Working knowledge of basic and intermediate accounting procedures
Responsibilities
- Auditing all paperwork for each revenue producing department at Riverwalk Casino Hotel and Harlow’s Casino Resort and Spa
- Preparing Daily Revenue Journals
- Ensuring that adequate supporting documentation exists for all transactions
- Preparing routine and special reports as assigned
- Maintaining a tracking system for issued/redeemed slips, coupons, etc. for proper accountability
- Securing the integrity of all gaming and non-gaming paperwork by filing paperwork quickly and properly as described by your supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned
