Revenue Audit Clerk
About The Position
The Revenue Audit Clerk is responsible for consolidating shift reports, verifying soft count deposits, auditing control documents, preparing exception reports, reviewing and compiling W2G information, and ensuring the security of customer financial information. This role requires the ability to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and to accurately perform duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under time pressures. The position also requires understanding and adhering to all applicable regulations, including Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to use office equipment, including personal computer, telephone with voice mail system, fax machine, 10-key calculator, and photocopier.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Read, write, and understand moderately complex instructions, including Internal Controls.
- Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
- Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate shift reports for all areas of casino operations.
- Verify soft count deposits.
- Audit and account for all control documents and prepare exception reports for all errors.
- Review, compile, and report W2G information.
- Ensure security of customer financial information.
