About The Position

CreditAssociates, a leading direct-to-consumer financial services company based in Plano, TX, is seeking a Revenue Assistant Manager to join its team. As a Revenue Assistant Manager, you will provide leadership and daily coaching to the Revenue Specialists. You will also assist Revenue leadership with procedural and strategic decisions that impact the company’s success. This role will serve as the go-to for the specialists as well as the back-up and support for the Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and motivating people, as well as an understanding of how to use data and metrics to provide relevant feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Daily coaching and feedback for the specialists
• Daily monitoring of efforts and results
• Motivate specialists to perform at their best
• Participate in hiring and training
• Research issues and provide correct information
• Perform highly sensitive/critical functions
• Participate in creating policy and procedure
• Perform other duties as needed
