About The Position

We're looking for a Revenue Analyst to own and scale Alvéole's outbound engine. This is a brand-new role created to bring dedicated ownership to the systems, data, automations, and AI workflows that power our prospecting efforts. Today, approximately 90% of the BDR team's pipeline is generated through our outbound engine. You'll be responsible for continuously improving how Alvéole identifies target accounts, selects the right contacts, automates outreach, and personalizes messaging at scale. Working at the intersection of sales, data, automation, and AI, you'll help ensure our commercial teams can operate more effectively and generate predictable pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Revenue Analytics, or a similar function
  • Experience working within a modern sales organization that uses KPIs, CRM systems, and structured sales processes
  • Experience with Clay
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales technology ecosystems
  • Experience integrating software tools, workflows, or APIs
  • Basic coding capabilities (SQL, JSON, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Understanding of sales process design, measurement, and funnel optimization
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to gather feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve systems
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Identify and maintain Alvéole's Total Addressable Market by integrating and enriching data from CoStar, Clay, and HubSpot
  • Build workflows that identify relevant buying signals and connect them to the right decision-makers
  • Manage how segmented audiences are enrolled into outbound campaigns across channels
  • Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and sequencing to maximize conversion rates throughout the outbound funnel
  • Leverage AI and LLMs to generate scalable, personalized outreach
  • Ensure reliable data flows between Clay, BigQuery, Vasco, HubSpot, and the broader GTM stack
