About The Position

The Revenue Accounting Analyst supports accurate, timely, and insightful revenue reporting across THB’s healthcare and technology-enabled services. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, analytics, and operations: you will help ensure revenue is recorded correctly, explain what is driving performance, improve the quality of the underlying data, and make recurring processes more scalable. This is a strong opportunity for an analyst who enjoys both the details and the bigger picture. You will work with the Revenue Manager, Controller, FP&A, Operations, Sales, Legal, and other business partners to support the monthly close, revenue forecasting, audit readiness, contract and billing analysis, and finance process improvements. The person who succeeds in this role will not wait for a perfect dataset or a perfectly defined problem. They will ask good questions, establish a practical approach, document assumptions, communicate early, and follow work through to completion.
