About The Position

Pivotal Health is seeking a Pro Forma Analyst to become the second owner of their pro forma model. This financial model is crucial for estimating client revenue from Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) and determining Pivotal's fee for each deal. As deal volume rapidly increases, this role is essential for maintaining solid turnaround times and scaling the team. The position offers direct ownership of a queue that influences revenue decisions on live deals, hands-on training from the original architect of the model, and opportunities for growth into a more strategic ownership role.

Requirements

Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, with experience in deal sizing or pricing desk work.
2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical role.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in close, daily contact with Sales on live deals.
Ability to remain calm under volume and not be rattled when the queue backs up.
Reserved but firm demeanor; able to hold your own with sales without needing to be the loudest voice in the room.

Responsibilities

Learn Pivotal's pro forma model and methodology hands-on from the model's original architect.
Develop a strong understanding of IDR economics and Pivotal’s business model.
Own the pro forma request queue at a 1–2 day turnaround per deal, helping it scale as volume grows.
Partner closely with Sales, and over time Customer Success, on live deal requests.
Grow into a more strategic role in how the model evolves over time.
