The Revenue Cycle Learning Specialist supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Revenue Cycle Learning & Development program. Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Learning Manager, this role partners with Revenue Cycle leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions are aligned to performance outcomes, operational priorities, and organizational standards. The Learning Specialist applies adult learning and instructional design principles to translate business needs, quality insights, and system or process changes into effective, role‑based learning strategies. This role plays a key part in ensuring onboarding, competency development, and ongoing staff education are intentional, measurable, and scalable across the Revenue Cycle.
