Reunion Student Program (GENERAL)
About The Position
The Reunion Student Program (RSP) hires approximately 200 Smith students annually to support Commencement and Reunion events. This program offers students the opportunity to connect with peers, gain event experience, and build relationships with the alum community. This application is for all Reunion roles except housekeeping, including areas such as Reunion Experience & Engagement Support, Dining & Catering, Registration/Check-in, Shuttle Support and Driving, and Sophomore Push & Junior Usher. Students hired through this application may be assigned to housekeeping shifts if there is a need to fully staff all positions. The work period runs from May 9, 2026, through May 24, 2026, with two Reunion weekends: Reunion I (May 14–17, 2026) and Reunion II (May 21–24, 2026).
Requirements
- Must be available for the full Reunion work period (May 9–24, 2026)
- Must be a current Smith student
Responsibilities
- Provide Reunion Experience & Engagement Support
- Assist with Dining & Catering
- Manage Registration/Check-in
- Offer Shuttle Support and Driving services
- Support Sophomore Push & Junior Usher activities
- Potentially be assigned to housekeeping shifts if needed
