Responsibilities

  • Assist with event logistics, hospitality, and guest services during Reunion Week, Family Weekend, and Big Red Weekend
  • Support registration, wayfinding, and event setup/breakdown
  • Serve as a welcoming ambassador for alumni, families, and guests
  • Work closely with AFE staff to ensure seamless event experiences
