About The Position

Locally owned and operated since 1954, K&N Appliance Gallery is a luxury appliance dealer and showroom, with locations in Houston and Austin.
We are currently hiring a Returns Processor, based out of our Houston location. This is both a warehouse AND clerical position and the ideal candidate will be able to handle both the physical disposition of large home appliances and the computer work associated with getting returns processed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in returns processing, order picking, or a similar warehouse role required
• Familiarity with Epicor's Prophet 21 or other inventory management systems is preferred, along with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and work truck safely and efficiently. Candidate must be able to be insured via our insurance company
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in returns processing
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and calculations
• Knowledge of vendor returns processes is beneficial
• Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently using the Prophet 21 system
• Pick and pack return appliance orders according to vendor specifications
• Load and unload shipments using a forklift
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts
• Utilize the Prophet 21 system to track and manage inventory
• Package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure order vendor return requirements are met
