About The Position

Sweetwater is seeking a Returns Administrator to join our Service team! Reporting to the Returns Service Manager, the Returns Administrator will be responsible for direct communication with our Vendors and supporting the Service teams' endeavors. As with all positions, this opportunity is located at our office in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is full-time, hourly, scheduled Monday-Friday. Requirements

Exceptional phone etiquette and written communication
Ability to maintain positive rapport with outside vendors, agencies and customers
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
Understanding of basic office software (spreadsheets, word, email)
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Take on other basic office admin tasks as assigned
Current Sweetwater employee or current relevant experience in similar role

Nice To Haves

MAC OS familiarity a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain current return shipping and contact info for assigned vendors
Request and Process RMA (return to manufacturer authorizations) for defective products
Process credits for products returned to vendors
Follow-up on products that have been returned to the vendor or manufacturer
Other administrative duties as assigned
