About The Position

The Returns Associate processes incoming returns accurately, verifies RMAs,
inspects product condition, and updates system records. This role ensures timely
disposition—restock, repair, or scrap—while maintaining inventory integrity and
supporting customer credit issuance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0–2 years of returns processing or warehouse experience
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RMA processes and RTV documentation
• Knowledge of basic quality inspection standards

Responsibilities

• Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records.
• Inspect items for condition and completeness, document findings.
• Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements.
• Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately.
• Print documentation and labels for return-to-vendor (RTV) when required.
• Perform basic quality checks and escalate discrepancies.
