Responsibilities

Inspect items being returned from customers
Report any damage, missing items, etc. through Outlook
Process returns in computer system and print reports
Process Purchase Orders for repair items
Box and ship items to vendors for credit or repair
Receive completed repairs from vendors
Package repaired items and ship to customers
Follow up on open & expired RMA’s
Ship Amazon wheelchair orders & eBay parts orders
Assist with getting products ready for Amazon replenishment
Backup shipping on second shipping station when busy
Backup for scheduling LTL shipments and creating documentation such as BOL, pallet labels, etc.
Cross train and backup other warehouse areas when needed, such as packaging products for stock, packing orders, picking orders, etc.
