Aloha~ The major function of this position is: Inspection of all returned product. Clean, process and evaluate damages and accurately code and enter information into SAP. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM Pay: $17/hour

Requirements

• High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Technical or repair background.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all returned Maui Jim and Zeal product for damages.
• Clean sunglasses and process for credits, inventory and breakdowns.
• Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner.
• Maintain an average of 18 entries per hour.
• Perform inventory of product on returns carts as needed.
• Ability to determine return stock for account credit or non-credit.
• Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.
