The major function of this position is: Inspection of all returned product. Clean, process and evaluate damages and accurately code and enter information into SAP. The primary responsibilities and duties of this position are: Inspect all returned Maui Jim and Zeal product for damages. Clean sunglasses and process for credits, inventory and breakdowns. Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner. Maintain an average of 15 entries per hour. Perform inventory of product on returns carts as needed. Ability to determine return stock for account credit or non-credit. Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.

Requirements

• High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Technical or repair background.
• GED and 2-3 years customer service experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Likes working with hands on repetitive basis.
• Computer data entry skills.
• Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings.
• Ability to visually inspect sunglasses for small imperfections.
• Data entry and computer entry skills.
• Ability to lift a 20 lb. Box
