About The Position
Morgan Stanley's Return to Work Program in South Jordan is designed for experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are eager to re-enter the workforce. This 16-week paid program, running from January 18, 2027, to May 7, 2027, aims to place participants in roles that leverage their existing expertise while providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development. The program welcomes motivated candidates from diverse industries and backgrounds, valuing the unique skills and experiences gained outside of traditional work environments. Requirements
- Individuals who have been out of the workforce for two or more years (as of January 2027).
- Background or experience in roles within Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Human Resources or Corporate Services functions.
- Knowledge or experience in Operations functions including Client Services, Trade Support and Processing, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Know Your Client (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Regulatory Reporting, Cash Management, Reconciliations, Financing and Collateral.
