Return-to-Work & HSE Coordinator
About The Position
Protrans Personnel Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Return-to-Work & HSE Coordinator to support our commitment to employee wellbeing, workplace safety, and operational excellence. Reporting to the HSE Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of our Return-to-Work (RTW) and Stay-at-Work (SAW) programs while providing administrative support to the broader Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for employees recovering from occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses, guiding them through the return-to-work process while ensuring compliance with legislative, customer, and organizational requirements. In addition, the role supports safety reporting, training administration, documentation management, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives related to Protrans' Safety Management System. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, coordinating multiple priorities, improving processes, and working collaboratively with employees, operations, customers, healthcare providers, and regulatory partners.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating the day-to-day administration of our Return-to-Work (RTW) and Stay-at-Work (SAW) programs
- Providing administrative support to the broader Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function
