Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and sheet metal/ductwork.
- Ability to read installation diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and ductwork.
- Replace existing HVAC equipment while following manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Complete start-up, testing, and system commissioning to ensure proper operation.
- Educate homeowners on the operation and maintenance of their new equipment.
- Maintain accurate installation paperwork and job documentation.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with installers, service technicians, and office staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
