About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Partnership Retreats Coordinator to support the US Partnership Retreats team. This role provides broad exposure to the planning and delivery of small-scale events (called Retreats) within the finance industry. The position will support content, marketing, and sales-related research, playing a key role in ensuring smooth execution across each stage of the event lifecycle. It's an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in events, marketing, or financial services content development and is eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in InDesign (for updating event agendas)
  • Experience with internal systems for tracking information
  • Familiarity with marketing systems (e.g., Pardot)
  • Ability to conduct basic data research and gather information
  • Strong administrative support skills
  • Willingness to travel to conferences across the US

Responsibilities

  • Regularly update event agendas (using InDesign) and distribute to relevant teams
  • Organize and track speaker information, including registrations and key details in internal systems
  • Schedule and coordinate all content-related calls, including those for the advisory board and speakers
  • Upload and maintain event content information across platforms and use cases, including preparing event presentation slides and agenda details with the event mobile app
  • Support the creation of briefing documents and post-event summaries
  • Manage regular updates to marketing materials, including brochures, event calendars, and client lists
  • Assist with basic data research and gathering information on target audiences
  • Support marketing campaigns by pulling data and helping set up outreach in marketing systems (e.g., Pardot)
  • Support ad hoc projects such as speaker tiles for LinkedIn
  • Maintain and update attendee lists across all events
  • Provide general administrative support across the team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Assist with on-site event support, including the opportunity to travel to conferences across the US
  • Provide general support to the team across multiple events and projects
