This role requires independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and close attention to detail to effectively support HR, resolve retirement-related inquiries, and communicate clearly with employees and retirees. The ideal candidate is dependable, timely and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 12 months experience in Human Resources, Retirement benefits or related field.
