The Retirement Solutions Specialist (RSS) is a highly capable, detail-oriented professional who plays a central role in the delivery and execution of Retirement Solutions operations. This position partners closely with the Retirement Operations Manager, Billing and Reporting Lead, Director, and broader team to ensure the efficient management of client service, system processes, and platform operations. The RSS serves as a key contributor to the successful onboarding, maintenance, and servicing of retirement plans and associated accounts. This individual ensures timely, accurate communication across internal and external stakeholders while proactively addressing advisor, client, and team needs. Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 day per week, or as assigned by their team leader.
