About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Retirement Services. This role offers unlimited upside earnings potential, continuous learning, and the opportunity to invest in yourself within a dynamic, inclusive team environment. In this role, you will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions. With sales training, you'll connect with both new and existing clients to sell products that help employees prepare for retirement. This role is for individuals who thrive on variety, as each sales process, client interaction, and day will be different. Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience including prospecting and territory management.
  • Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly and professionally in writing, in-person, and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises.
  • Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience (if no college degree).
  • Military experience is also considered, recognizing the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities developed.

Nice To Haves

  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with great sales acumen will be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by working independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts by deepening relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
