Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline; or, 5+ years related experience
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and time management ability

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years investment related sales experience and client interaction experience
  • Master's Degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline

Responsibilities

  • Developing new business within retirement services and meeting annual standards and criteria for New Business production.
  • Meeting with prospects to discuss Frost services and advantages of proper planning and obtains necessary information.
  • Participating in community activities and local business activities to enhance the image of the bank.
  • Initiates contacts for developing and booking new business and works internal referrals to the appropriate Wealth Advisors group.
  • Makes and documents outside calls on prospects, customers, and referral sources.
  • Maintains a continuing relationship with existing customers and referral sources within the community to develop goodwill and develop additional business.
  • Ensures that mailing lists are maintained and participates in the development of advertising strategies of services.
  • Reports on all calls/sales made.
  • Monitors and maintains the appropriate referral reward program in designated areas of business development efforts.
