This role is for a motivated individual to join the Retirement Customer Services Team. The job would be to answer phone calls and emails from the employees of school districts about their retirement plans. The company is willing to train up the right individual. Passion for communication and customer service are a must. Eagerness to learn and attention to detail are keys in this quick-paced, growing department. You will have the opportunity to help with a variety of accounts to best serve clients. Career development is encouraged and opportunities are available upon satisfactory assessment. Requirements

  • Proven experience in the areas of customer service
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • General knowledge of computer applications - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Gmail
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
