About The Position

Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced financial sales professional to join their team. This role focuses on conducting client meetings and adhering to Golden Reserve's established processes and standards. The company addresses the common challenge of advisors lacking a book of business or established network by providing pre-sourced leads. Golden Reserve is a full-service RIA and insurance firm dedicated to improving the financial industry for both retirees and financial professionals. Requirements

  • Three (3)+ years of new-client financial services sales experience (not servicing)
  • Active State Life & Health Insurance Licenses
  • Series 65 or equivalent
  • GRIT – a blue-collar mindset that embraces accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness

Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Guaranteed $25,000 salary increase beginning in your second year
