About The Position

Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced financial sales professional. This role will be responsible for conducting client meetings and upholding Golden Reserve's processes and standards at the highest level. We understand the challenges many advisors face when they aren't handed a book of business or access to an established network. That's why we built a company that sources the leads for you, allowing you to focus on building retirement plans and helping retirees. We are a full-service RIA and insurance firm that was built not only to change the financial industry for the retirees we serve, but also for the financial professionals we hire. Requirements

  • Three (3)+ years of new-client financial services sales experience (not servicing)
  • Active State Life & Health Insurance Licenses
  • Series 65 or equivalent

Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Guaranteed $25,000 salary increase beginning in your second year
