About The Position

As a Retirement Plan Services Representative at Vanguard, you will provide high-quality service through Institutional Participant Services, supporting external employers’ 401(k) plan participants with a range of needs. You will assist with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial and clerical transactions through inbound phone calls and written communication. The role offers opportunities to develop financial knowledge and communication skills. Vanguard provides fully paid training, coaching, and ongoing support as you learn the role, company, and industry. The position is hybrid, with on-site work at a Vanguard office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The start date is February 16, 2027. Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
Customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience.
A learner’s mentality and appetite for developing financial acumen.
Ability to complete the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and obtain the Series 6 and 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines.
Spanish bilingual proficiency.
