This is a hybrid position based at our beautiful corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday. The Retirement Plan Manager administers end-to-end retirement plan operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all plan processes, including eligibility, contributions, distributions, reporting, and recordkeeping integrity. This role serves as the primary resource for NDT and audits, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing qualified retirement plans, including ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements. The manager will implement regulatory updates into plan operations and documentation, and serve as the program owner for retirement plans, providing overall governance, operational oversight, and alignment with organizational strategy and plan design intent. The role involves partnering with external vendors, including recordkeepers and consultants, to ensure effective service delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing performance management. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as HR and Payroll is crucial for accurate data exchange, consistent processes, and effective retirement plan administration. The manager will lead retirement plan design changes, system enhancements, and implementation initiatives, ensuring successful execution and clear cross-functional communication. Additionally, they will manage retirement governance activities, including committee support, reporting, documentation, and preparation of materials to support decision-making and oversight. The position also serves as an escalation point for complex participant issues and drives continuous improvement efforts, including process optimization, communication support, and moderately complex retirement-related projects.
