We are seeking an experienced and highly self-directed Retirement & Financial Wellness analyst to oversee the design, administration, compliance, and continuous enhancement of retirement and financial wellness programs. This role requires expertise in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), pension, and deferred compensation plans, as well as financial wellness initiatives such as earned wage access, emergency savings programs, and financial guidance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
  • 5+ years of retirement and financial wellness experience or other relevant experience; HR support experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ERISA and retirement compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. use of pivot tables and formulas).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration, governance, and ongoing operations of 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
  • Partner with recordkeepers, actuaries, payroll, legal, and external consultants to ensure effective plan administration and issue resolution.
  • Oversee compliance testing, audits, regulatory filings, and participant communications.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and recommend actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Lead and enhance financial wellness initiatives including earned wage access, emergency savings programs, and financial guidance offerings.
  • Resolve complex employee escalations independently.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for retirement and financial wellness programs.
  • Drive operational improvements, process efficiencies, and control enhancements.
  • Provide participant support, explaining retirement programs, answering questions, and analyzing and resolving issues logically and effectively.
  • Handle sensitive HR information and documents with a high degree of confidentiality, urgency and attention to detail.
