About The Position

We invite you to join our Retirement consulting team, recognized for its ability to combine actuarial and investment expertise to support organizations around the world in optimizing the effectiveness of their employee retirement programs. Whether a client has a defined benefit pension or a defined contribution plan, we work with them to determine the right approach to designing, funding, investing, governing and employee management that fits their specific goals. Our team also provides training to groups of pension plan participants on the importance of retirement planning, the key features of their plans, and the concept of financial independence. As an actuarial analyst, you will work alongside some of the best advisors in the field while progressing toward your actuarial qualification. Gain direct exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and share your results. This position will help you strengthen your actuarial knowledge and broaden your overall expertise in the Retirement sector, while benefiting from a training program tailored to your needs. You will partner with consultants to develop the best strategic solutions for our clients. This may include some of the following projects:
Responsibilities
- Designing, funding, pricing, implementing, and managing retirement programs
- Competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs
- Actuarial modeling, including annual valuations, projections, and assumption reviews
- Retirement needs and resources assessments
- Improving efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to enhance processes
- Preparing and participating in client presentations and communications
- Finally, you will also learn about all the services offered by WTW and how they complement and enhance our retirement consulting services.
