The purpose of this position is to perform administrative duties for the Retirement Fund and to provide excellent customer service to the participants and members. Duties include: Answers questions from members regarding employee benefits coverage and provisions of the Retirement Fund. Consults with internal and external contacts to solve discrepancies regarding the retirement plans. Assists department with various administrative tasks. Reviews correspondence regarding plan provisions, retirement options, and other matters to assist plan participants and other external contacts. Processes various retirement forms and correspondence. Prepares forms, information reports and other documents to member cities and plan participants.
